If you receive damaged item please make sure you take pictures of the damaged item and of the box and shipping label and you send me a message here on Etsy with the pictures attach to it. You have 48 hours after receiving the box to send the pictures. I will refund or replace damaged item only for order were pictures were received in the first 48 hours after receiving the box.

Very disappointing experience. Product arrived chipped and when contacted the seller to report, i was told there is no refund or replacement because one needs to raise the issue within 48hr regardless of when you received it.
